Treatment Coordinator – Full Time | Camden

We are a 5 star rated dental practice in Camden looking for a friendly, organised and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team.

Location: Camden, London
Hours: Full-time, 4-5 days per week
Pay: £15 per hour

About the Role:
As our Treatment Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive an exceptional experience throughout their treatment journey. You’ll be working closely with our clinical team to support patients in understanding their treatment options, building trust, and helping them feel comfortable and informed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and support new and existing patients

• Provide clear explanations of treatment plans and finance options

• Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules

• Maintain excellent communication between patients and clinicians

• Deliver outstanding patient care in line

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organised, proactive and approachable

• Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care

• Confident with IT systems and patient management software
