About the Role
Our client, a well-respected provider of high-quality care and support, is seeking an experienced and motivated
Registered Manager to lead their 8-bedded Supported Living service in Bradford. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to make a real difference to the lives of adults with learning disabilities, autism, and associated complex needs.
The Registered Manager will have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring it remains compliant with CQC regulations and delivers person-centred care of the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strong and inspirational leadership to staff, ensuring a culture of compassion, dignity, and respect.

Oversee the smooth running of the service, managing resources effectively and efficiently.

Ensure compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding legislation, and all regulatory requirements.

Work closely with staff, families, and external professionals to promote positive outcomes for service users.

Manage recruitment, training, and development of the team to maintain high-quality care provision.

Develop individualised care and support plans, encouraging independence and choice for residents.

Monitor budgets, staffing levels, and service delivery to meet organisational and contractual expectations.

Drive continuous improvement and service development initiatives.
Requirements

Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within supported living, residential care, or a similar service.

Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and regulatory frameworks.

Demonstrable leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a person-centred approach.

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health & Social Care (or working towards).

A genuine passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
