Support Worker – Residential Home (Swanage)

£13 per hour Learning Disabilities / Autism / Complex Care

We are recruiting an experienced Support Worker to join a residential service in Swanage supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex care needs.

This role requires someone confident, compassionate and committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred support.

Key Requirements

• Experience in LD, Autism and Complex Care – ESSENTIAL

• Level 3 Health & Social Care – ESSENTIAL

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work independently and follow support plans

• Reliable, professional and passionate about supporting vulnerable adults

Shift Pattern

12‑hour shifts (8am-8pm)

• Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

• Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday

This rolling rota offers excellent work‑life balance.

Role Overview
