Contract: Full‑time, 40 hours per week

Shifts: Days & Nights

Salary: £13.87 – £14.50 per hour

The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Support Workers who are ready to progress into Senior roles within our Learning Disability and Mental Health services across Farnborough and Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity to take on greater responsibility while continuing to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to staff during shifts

• Deliver compassionate, person‑centred care to service users

• Contribute to care planning, documentation, and daily living support

• Collaborate effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in Learning Disability and/or Mental Health services (highly desirable)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Compassionate, proactive, and solution‑focused approach

• Flexibility to work both day and night shifts
