Hours: 36 per week

About the Role We are looking for a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team in Westerham. This is a night‑shift role within Residential Care and Dementia Residential Care, offering the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, person‑centred care during night shifts.

• Support residents with dementia and complex needs, ensuring dignity and wellbeing.

• Lead and supervise care staff, promoting best practice and teamwork.

• Carry out care plans, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.

• Respond to emergencies and safeguarding concerns with professionalism.

• Maintain CQC standards and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of dementia care and residential care practices.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work 36 hours per week on night shifts.
