Salary: £58,000 – £62,000 per annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead a well-established 40-bed residential care home in Maidstone. We are seeking a confident, proactive leader who brings proven experience managing a service of a similar size, with the ability to drive high-quality care, team engagement, and operational excellence.

• Residential Care

• Dementia Residential Care

• Respite Care

• Day Care Services

We specialise in supporting older people, including individuals living with:

• Mild & Moderate Dementia

• Stroke-related needs

• COPD/Pulmonary Disease

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong, visible leadership and oversee all operational aspects of the service

• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards

• Drive continuous improvement and deliver exceptional resident outcomes

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals

• Support, mentor, and develop a motivated and high-performing team

• Ensure safeguarding, governance, and person-centred care are consistently upheld

About You
We’re looking for a Registered Manager who:

• Has previous management experience within a residential or dementia care home of a similar size

• Possesses strong knowledge of older people’s care and dementia support

• Has a proven record of strong CQC performance

• Demonstrates excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

• Is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for residents
