Salary: £42,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday-Friday

About the Service
A well-established residential care home providing compassionate support for older adults and those living with dementia. The service offers both permanent and respite care within a warm, homely setting where dignity, choice, and independence are central to daily life.
Residents are supported by an experienced team delivering personalised care for a range of needs, including mild to moderate dementia, palliative support, and complex health conditions such as COPD and stroke recovery.
The Role
We are seeking a committed and experienced Registered Manager to lead the team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, values-driven leader who has managed similar-sized homes and can build on the service’s strong foundations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire staff to deliver exceptional care and support.

Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards.

Oversee care planning, audits, and risk management processes.

Manage staffing, training, and professional development.

Ensure strong relationships with residents, families, and professionals.

Drive continuous improvement and best practice in dementia care.
About You
-
Proven managerial experience in a residential or dementia care home of similar size.

Solid knowledge of CQC standards and adult social care regulations.

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Passionate about person-centred care and maintaining high standards.
Working Pattern

37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
