Home Manager – Residential & Dementia Care
Location: Ormskirk
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Qualification Required: NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care
Are you a passionate and experienced Home Manager looking for a new opportunity to lead a well-established Residential and Dementia Care Home in Ormskirk?
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a purpose-built care home offering high-quality care to elderly residents, including those living with dementia. The home features en-suite bedrooms throughout and a supportive, compassionate team.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire and manage the care and support team

Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered at all times

Maintain full regulatory compliance and prepare for CQC inspections

Drive occupancy and build strong community and stakeholder relationships

Maintain accurate records and documentation
Requirements:
-
NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) – Essential

Proven track record as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar setting

Strong understanding of dementia care and residential care standards
-
Confident in leading teams and driving continuous improvement

Knowledge of CQC regulations and experience with inspections

Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
