Registered Home Manager Needed for an Outstanding Rated Home in Hertfordshire!
Howard Finley Care are currently recruiting for an experienced manager to join our clients outstanding rated residential home in Hertfordshire! The home is beaming at the seams with potential and the new manager will be guided and supported by the deputy managers, senior management, and the trustees of the service!
About You:
- A passionate and dedicated home manager that will always go the extra mile.
- To have an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Adult Social Care.
- Ability to listen, observe and take the right actions when needed.
- Excellent Communication Skills: both Written and Verbal
- A thorough knowledge and understanding of current dementia and elderly care.
- To be familiar with existing CQC regulations.
Residential Home Manager vacancy details:
- Competitive salary on offer: Starting from £46,000+ (Negotiable for the right candidate)
- Full time, permanent contract
- Care Home size: Registered for 50+ service users.
- Elderly and Dementia Care
- ‘Outstanding’ Rated CQC on 3 areas.
- ‘Good’ Rated CQC on 2 areas.
Residential Home Manager main duties:
- provide information, advice and support to residents, families and staff.
- help residents access local services.
- monitor business performance and quality of care.
- agree contracts, budgeting, and fundraising.
- develop policies and keep private information confidential.
