Home Manager – Nursing & Dementia Care Service
Location: Norfolk Area
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Full Time, Permanent

We are recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to lead a modern, purpose-built nursing home in the Norfolk area. The service provides high-quality nursing, residential, respite, and dementia care within a supportive and professional environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader with proven management experience to take on a senior role with responsibility for a large, established care service.

About the Role:

• Full operational and clinical leadership of the service.

• Managing, developing, and motivating a large care and nursing team.

• Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and organisational policies.

• Driving continuous improvement in quality of care and service delivery.

• Building strong, positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.

About You:

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) qualification preferred but not essential.

• Substantial experience as a Home Manager in a nursing or dementia care setting.

• A stable and solid career history – no job hoppers.

• Strong track record of maintaining or improving CQC outcomes.

• Excellent leadership, financial management, and communication skills.
