Nursing Home Manager
Home Manager – Learning Disability Nursing Home
📍 Dover
💷 £40,000 – £45,000 per year | 15 beds | Full-time, permanent
We’re looking for an experienced and committed Home Manager to lead a small 15-bed nursing home in Dover, specialising in care for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and other complex needs.
This is a well-established service in a quiet residential area, with easy access to public transport and local amenities. The home offers both permanent and respite placements and provides care for a range of needs including older adults, younger adults, autism, COPD, stroke recovery, and end-of-life care.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, leading a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. The service has capacity for up to 15 residents, allowing you to focus on individual support rather than high-volume management.
This is a hands-on management role where you’ll be involved in everything from staffing and training to compliance and care planning.
