Home Manager – Nursing & Residential Care Service
Location: Norfolk Area
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday, 9-5)

We are seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead a modern, purpose-built nursing and residential service in the Norfolk area. The home provides high-quality residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care, with well-designed facilities to support a safe, comfortable, and homely environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader to take ownership of an established service, working alongside a committed team to deliver exceptional person-centred care.

About the Role:

• Full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service.

• Leading, motivating, and developing a skilled care and nursing team.

• Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and internal policies.

• Driving continuous service improvement and quality outcomes.

• Maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.

About You:

• Substantial experience managing a residential or nursing home.

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) preferred.

• Stable and proven career history – strong tenure is essential.

• Demonstrable track record of achieving or maintaining good CQC ratings.

• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
