Salary: £37,000 – £38,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Home Manager to lead a residential care service in Dunstable. The home provides high-quality, person-centred care with a focus on supporting residents living with dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the home

• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding practices

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to staff teams

• Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels

• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

• Promote a supportive environment that enhances residents’ quality of life

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a residential/dementia care setting

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Solid knowledge of CQC standards

• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) desirable
