Bristol Residential Care are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Home Manager to lead their well‑established 30+ bed residential service. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care and driving continuous improvement.

About the Role

• Lead the day‑to‑day running of the residential home

• Ensure full compliance with CQC standards

• Manage, support and develop staff teams

• Oversee care planning, safeguarding and quality assurance

• Maintain high occupancy and positive relationships with families and professionals

• Drive a culture of compassion, safety and excellence

Requirements

• Registered Home Manager experience (essential)

• Strong understanding of CQC regulations

• Proven leadership and team‑management skills

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

• Passion for delivering outstanding care
