Residential Home Manager (RM)

Location: Huddersfield

Salary: £50,000 per annum

About the Role We are seeking an experienced and committed Residential Home Manager to lead our care home in Huddersfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with a proven track record in residential care management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.

• Lead, motivate, and support staff to deliver outstanding care.

• Oversee budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Relevant Home Manager experience with good tenure in previous roles.

• Strong background in Residential Care and Dementia Residential Care.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• NVQ Level 5 or equivalent qualification preferred.
