Home Manager – Mental Health Specialist

Location: Fareham

Salary: £38,000-£40,000 per annum

Are you a passionate and experienced care leader ready to elevate standards and inspire excellence? We’re seeking a Home Manager to lead a well-established, stable mental health care home in Fareham, with a clear mission: take a Good-rated service to Outstanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home

• Ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance

• Drive quality improvement initiatives and prepare for inspections

• Support and develop staff through effective leadership and mentoring

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

• Maintain robust care planning and safeguarding practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager in mental health care

• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality frameworks

• Inspirational leadership style with a commitment to continuous improvement

• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

• Relevant qualifications in Health & Social Care (Level 5 preferred)
