Service: 37+ bedded Residential Care Home (Residential & Dementia Care)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Home Manager to lead a 37+ bedded residential care home in Nottingham. The home provides high-quality residential and dementia care, and we are looking for a strong leader who can inspire the team, ensure compliance, and deliver excellent standards of person-centred care.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager (or a Deputy Manager ready to step up) to join a supportive provider and make a real difference to residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily running of the care home, ensuring compliance with CQC and company standards.

Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated care team.

Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.

Ensure residents receive the highest quality of care and support in a safe, homely environment.

Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.

Drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality outcomes.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Home Manager (residential or dementia care) OR strong Deputy Manager experience ready to progress.

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
