Are you a compassionate and reliable carer looking to make a difference in the lives of elderly residents? Our client’s residential home in Southampton, specialising in elderly and dementia care, is currently seeking a dedicated Night Healthcare Assistant to join their team.

• Position: Night Healthcare Assistant

• Hours: 36 hours per week

• Shifts: Nights

• Pay: £12.87 per hour (weekdays) | £13.47 per hour (weekends)

• Location: Southampton

• Setting: Residential care home for elderly and dementia residents

• Requirement: Must be able to administer medication

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working night shifts in a care setting

• Confidence in administering medication

• Kind, patient, and empathetic approach to care

• Understanding of dementia and elderly care needs

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Commitment to maintaining dignity and respect for all residents
