Position: Dental Practice Manager

Pay: £37,000 – £39,000 a year
Hours: 4-5 days a week
Location: Morden

We are seeking a highly organised, motivated Dental Practice Manager to join our friendly and professional team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental practice management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in dental practice management
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Strong understanding of compliance
• Proficient with dental software and admin systems
• Ability to lead, motivate and support a team
• Strong compliance experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of the practice and team
• Ensuring the highest standards of patient care and service
• Compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
• Financial management, including budgets and KPI tracking
• Recruitment, training, and HR management
