Team Leader (Days) – Residential Care

Location: Walsall
Specialism: Dementia & Mental Health Conditions
Contract: Full-time, 36 hours per week (3 x 12-hour shifts)
Shifts: Days, 8:00-20:00 across a 7-day rota
Rate: £13.00 per hour

About the role
My client’s residential home in Walsall is holding interviews next week for an experienced Team Leader to support day-to-day care delivery and staff supervision on day shifts.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

  • Recent experience at Senior Care Assistant/Team Leader level

  • Strong staff supervision/people management skills

  • Trained in medication administration

  • Experience participating in a management on-call rota
