Care Team Leader Needed in Lewes!
Howard Finley Care are currently recruiting for a Care Team Leader for a gorgeous home in Lewes. The manager / director is hoping for a candidate that is an experience senior care assistant / team leader, that is happy to complete floor work and supernumerary hours. This role will be partly helping the manager with the paperwork, audits, care plans and medication booking and then will also be expected to work on the floor.
Care Team Leader Job Details:
- £32,000 – £34,944 (Depending on experience)
- Full time contract
- Permanent contract
- 7:00am – 7:00pm.
- Day shift
- Alternative weekend working
- Shifts include working on the floor and having supernumerary hours to help the manager.
Care Team Leader Experience + Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is an essential as a minimum.
- Medication administration trained is essential.
- Due to the location of the home, drivers are preferred but all applicants are being reviewed.
- An understanding of care plans, audits, medication booking
