Residential Care Home Manager – Maidstone

We are recruiting for an experienced Residential Care Home Manager to oversee a large care home based in Maidstone. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive provider and lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality care.

Salary: £62,500 per annum
Location: Maidstone
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)

• Proven experience managing within a larger residential care home

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and compliance

• Compassionate and resident-focused approach

• Female candidates preferred (due to current team/service needs)
