Salary: £35,694 per annum + benefits

Location: Fareham Overseeing 3 Services

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Home Manager / Service Manager to oversee three services supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate leader who is committed to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage three residential services

• Ensure high standards of care, safety and compliance

• Support, develop and supervise staff teams

• Oversee care planning, safeguarding, audits and service improvements

• Work collaboratively with families, professionals and external agencies

• Maintain CQC standards and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (essential)

• Strong experience managing LD/autism services

• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills

• Ability to manage multiple services and teams

• Good understanding of CQC regulations

• Passionate about delivering high‑quality care
