Pay Rate: £12.54 per hour

Hours: 35-40 per week

About the Role We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Upminster. This role involves working within Residential Care and Dementia Residential Care, supporting residents with dignity, respect, and person‑centred care.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day care and support to residents.

• Assist with personal care, meals, and daily living activities.

• Support residents with dementia, promoting independence and wellbeing.

• Work collaboratively with nursing and care staff to deliver high standards of care.

• Maintain accurate care records and follow safeguarding procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential or dementia care preferred.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to commit to regular weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).

• Passion for delivering outstanding care.
