Senior Healthcare Assistant – Full Time
£13.00-£15.00 per hour
Within the Romford/Rush Green area (RM postcode)
36-48 hours per week

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join a nursing and residential care home setting. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to older adults and residents living with dementia, supporting their daily living, independence, and wellbeing.

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential or nursing care

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Confident with care planning, documentation, and medication administration

• Compassionate, patient, and person-centred approach

Key Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities and personal care

• Assist with care plans, risk assessments, and documentation

• Supervise and support junior staff

• Administer medication where appropriate

• Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and care standards
