Registered Care Manager – Nursing & Dementia Care

Location: Harrow
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum (DOE) + Commission Structure

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm) + ad-hoc hours as required

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Care Manager to lead a well-established service in Harrow, providing high-quality Nursing Care, Dementia Residential Care, and Dementia Nursing Care. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate care leader to drive outstanding care standards and compliance within a supportive organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily running of the home, ensuring a safe, caring, and person-centred environment

• Lead, manage, and develop staff teams to deliver high-quality care

• Maintain full compliance with CQC requirements (currently rated Good)

• Manage budgets, occupancy, and resources effectively

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

• Deliver on business performance targets, supported by a commission structure

Requirements:

• MUST hold a valid NMC PIN

• Proven experience as a Registered Care Manager or equivalent leadership role

• Strong track record of maintaining CQC compliance and Good/Outstanding ratings

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• In-depth knowledge of dementia care, nursing care, and residential services
