Registered Manager – Residential Care Home (Elderly & Dementia)

Location: Rochdale
Salary: £40,000 per annum (up to £45,000 + bonuses for an outstanding candidate)

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well-established residential care home for elderly residents and those living with dementia in Rochdale. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader who is committed to delivering the highest standards of care and compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CQC Registered Manager

• NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care Leadership & Management (or working towards)

• Strong track record in maintaining CQC compliance and achieving good/outstanding ratings

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop care teams

• Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, health & safety, and quality standards
