As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Business Growth & Sales Coordinator to join our team and help drive patient engagement, treatment uptake, and overall practice growth.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded, people-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and guiding patients through their treatment journey.

You will:

• Present treatment options clearly and confidently, ensuring patients feel informed and supported.

• Proactively follow up with patients to maximise treatment acceptance and conversion rates.

• Support the practice in meeting sales targets and business growth objectives.

• Track and report on patient enquiries, consultations, and conversions.

• Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.

About You

• Previous experience in dental, healthcare, or sales (e.g. Business Development Manager, Patient Care Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, or similar).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.

• Results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/conversion targets.

• Organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.

• A professional, patient-focused approach with a genuine passion for helping people.
