We are a forward-thinking practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care. As we build out our team, we are looking for a confident and compassionate Treatment Coordinator to support our patients through their treatment journey and contribute to the growth of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present treatment plans clearly and professionally to patients
• Build trust and rapport while guiding patients through decision-making
• Coordinate appointments and liaise with clinicians to ensure smooth delivery of care
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction
• Support the wider team with administrative and operational tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, organised approach with attention to detail
• Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred but not essential
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including occasional Saturdays
• A team player with a genuine passion for patient care
