Residential Care Home Manager – Newport Pagnell

Howard Finley Care are currently recruiting for Residential Care Manager to work within our clients dedicated residential home that looks after 20+ residents with conditions such as dementia, old age and mental health condition. This is a full time, permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Residential Care Manager vacancy details:

  • £40.000 Per year
  • Full-time 9 to 5
  • Permanent contracts
  • Must be able to be flexible and adhere to overtime

Residential Care Manager main duties:

  • As a care manager, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations within the care setting, including recruiting and managing staff teams, managing budgets and ensuring that the quality of the services provided meets the highest standards.

Residential Care Manager experience/ qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a care manager
  • NVQ Levels 4 or 5 in health and social care managment
